    resep kue putu mayang gula merah

    RESEP KUE PUTU MAYANG GULA MERAH
    Berikut adalah resep bikin putu mayang gula merah sebagai salah satu jenis kue basah tradisional beserta langkah-langkah cara membuatnya yang praktis.

    Bahan :
    • 1 mangkok tepung beras
    • ½ mangkok tepung sagu
    • 1 mangkok air gula merah
    • 1 mangkok air
    • 1 cangkir gula pasir
    • daun pandan
    • kelapa parut
    CARA MEMBUAT PUTU MAYANG GULA MERAH :
    1. Masak air, gula merah, tepung beras, gula pasir dan daun pandan hingga kental.
    2. Setelah dingin, masukkan sagu yang telah dicairkan, aduk rata hingga kalis.
    3. masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan kue putu mayang, lalu semprotkan diatas daun. Kukus hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan dengan kelapa parut.
