    RESEP PINDANG DAGING SAPI MASAKAN KHAS KOTA KUDUS JAWA TENGAH

    Bahan dan Bumbu :
    • 250 gram daging sapi sandung lamur, potong sesuai selera
    • air secukupnya
    • 2 lembar daun salam
    • 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
    • 100 ml santan kental
    • 50 gram daun melinjo
    • 2 batang serai
    • 4 lembar daun jeruk
    • 2 sdm gula merah, sisir
    • 1 sdm air asam
    • garam secukupnya
    • minyak goreng
    Haluskan :
    • 6 butir bawang merah
    • 3 siung bawang putih
    • ½ ruas jari kunyit
    • 2 buah kluwek, ambil isinya
    • 1 sdt ketumbar
    • ½ sdt terasi
    CARA MEMBUAT PINDANG KUDUS :
    1. Masak daging dengan air secukupnya, usahakan dagingnya terendam. rebus daging bersama daun salam, lengkuas dan garam hingga daging empuk, tambah air jika kurang.
    2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang. Angkat, masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam rebusan daging. Masukkan juga daun jeruk, serai, air asam. Tambahkan gula jawa dan garam secukupnya lalu masukkan santan kental.
    3. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan terakhir masukkan daun melinjo. Angkat, hidangkan bersama nasi dengan taburan bawang goreng dan emping atau kerupuk.
