    RESEP BIKIN TONGSENG KAMBING ENAK TANPA SANTAN MASAKAN KHAS SOLO

    Bahan:
    • 250 gram daging kambing, potong-potong.
    • 50 gram kol, potong-potong kasar.
    • 2 buah tomat, potong-potong.
    • 1 batang serai, memarkan.
    • 3 lembar daun jeruk purut.
    • 4 butir bawang merah, iris-iris.
    • 2 siung bawang putih, iris-iris.
    • ½ ruas kunyit, diulek halus.
    • 2 sdm kecap manis.
    • 1 batang daun bawang, potong-potong.
    • 3 gelas kaldu kambing.
    • 5 Cabe rawit utuh.
    • Garam dan lada secukupnya.
    • Minyak goreng untuk menumis.
    • Bawang goreng untuk taburan.
    CARA MEMBUAT DAN MEMASAK TONGSENG ENAK TANPA SANTAN KHAS SOLO :
    1. Daging kambing di tumis dengan bawang merah, bawang putih dan kunyit, serai ,beri garam dan lada secukupnya.
    2. Tambahkan kaldu kambing, daun jeruk dan kecap, didihkan sampai daging empuk (kuahnya jangan sampai habis).
    3. Terakhir masukkan tomat, daun bawang, kol dan cabai rawit.
    4. Aduk-aduk sebentar siap di hidangkan dengan ditaburi bawang goreng.
