    Cara Membuat Es Campur Enak
    RESEP ES CAMPUR ENAK

    BAHAN :
    • 200 gram daging kelapa muda
    • 200 gram tape/ tapai singkong, potong-potong
    • 200 gram cincau hitam, potong dadu
    • 200 gram kolang kaling rebus, iris tipis
    • es serut secukupnya
    • 400 cc sirup merah
    • 200 cc susu kental manis
    CARA MEMBUAT ES CAMPUR :
    1. Pisahkan bahan-bahan dalam wadah yang terpisah. 
    2. Kemudian ambil gelas penyajian untuk es campur. Masukkan 2 sdm daging kelapa muda, 2 sdm tapai singkong, 2 sdm cincau hitam, dan 2 sdm kolang kaling.
    3. Masukkan es serut secukupnya, tuangkan sirup merah lalu tuangkan 2-3 sdm susu kental manis.
    4. Es campur siap dinikmati.
