    RESEP TERIK DAGING SAPI

    Bahan dan Bumbu :
    • 250 gr daging has, iris tipis menjadi 5 potong
    • 2 sm minyak untuk menumis
    • 1 bh tomat, diiris kecil
    • 2 lbr daun jeruk
    • 1 btg serai
    • 2 lbr daun salam
    • 1 iris lengkuas
    • 300 cc santan
    • Gula secukupnya
    Haluskan :
    • 1 sdt ketumbar dihaluskan
    • 5 btr merica
    • 3 bh kemiri
    • 1 siung bawang putih
    • 1 iris jahe
    • 5 siung bawang merah
    • 1 iris kencur
    • 1 iris kunyit
    • Garam secukupnya
    CARA MEMBUAT TERIK DAGING SAPI :
    1. Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan, tomat, daun jeruk, serai, daun salam dan lengkuas dengan minyak hingga wangi.
    2. Masukkan daging dan tumis sebentar. Tambahkan santan dan gula, lalu rebus sampai daging lunak dan kuah mengental. Kalau kuah sudah mengental tetapi daging belum lunak, tambahkan air dan rebus sampai daging lunak dan kuah mengering.
