    RESEP MASAKAN AYAM BUMBU HIJAU

    Bahan dan Bumbu :
    • ½ ekor ayam, potong menjadi 6 bagian
    • 1 sdt air jeruk nipis
    • 1 sdt garam
    • 3 tangkai kemangi, ambil daunnya
    • 100 ml air
    • 2 lembar daun jeruk, iris halus
    • ¼ lembar daun kunyit, iris halus
    • 1 batang serai, iris, memarkan
    • 1 helai daun bawang, iris halus
    • 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
    Haluskan:
    • 4 butir bawang merah
    • 3 siung bawang putih
    • 5 buah cabe hijau besar
    • 5 buah cabe rawai hijau
    • 1 cm jahe
    • 1 cm kunyit
    • 3 butir kemiri
    • 1 sdt garam
    • ½ sdt kaldu instant
    CARA MEMBUAT AYAM BUMBU HIJAU :
    1. Lumuri ayam dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. diamkan hingga 10 menit.
    2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk, daun kunyit, dan serai hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam, air, dan daun bawang.
    3. Tutup rapat, masak di atas api kecil hingga daging ayam empuk. Masukkan daun kemangi, aduk-aduk hingga layu. Angkat, sajikan.
