    RESEP IKAN BAKAR SAMBAL DABU-DABU

    Bahan dan Bumbu :
    • 2 ekor (600 gram) ikan kuwe/tongkol/colo, bersihkan
    • 2 sdm air jeruk nipis
    • 1 sdm garam
    • ½ sdt merica bubuk
    • ¼ sdt penyedap rasa
    • 1 sdt garam
    • 2 sdm minyak goreng
    • Haluskan :
    • 6 siung bawang putih
    • 4 butir kemiri, sangrai
    • 3 cm kunyit, bakar
    Resep Sambal Dabu-dabu :
    • 15 buah cebe rawit merah, iris tipis
    • 2 buah cabe merah besar, iris tipis
    • 8 butir bawang merah, iris kasar
    • 2 buah tomat, potong dadu kecil
    • 3 sdm air jeruk lemon cui/ jeruk nipis
    • ½ sdt garam
    • 2 sdm minyak goreng
    CARA MEMBUAT IKAN BAKAR DABU-DABU :
    1. Lumuri ikan dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan hingga 15 menit. Cuci kembali, tiriskan.
    2. Campur bumbu halus dengan bahan lainnya, aduk rata. Rendam ikan ke dalam bumbu, diamkan hingga 30 menit.
    3. Bakar ikan di atas bara arang batok atau di atas api. Bakar hingga matang sambil sesekali dibalik, angkat, sisihkan.
    4. Campur semua bahan sambal, aduk rata lalu sajikan bersama ikan bakar.
