    Cara Membuat Chicken Katsu
    RESEP CHICKEN KATSU MASAKAN JEPANG
    Makanan khas Jepang tetapi sudah populer sebagai salah satu menu kuliner di Indonesia, berikut resep sederhana bikin chicken katsu beserta panduan cara membuatnya.

    Bahan dan Bumbu :
    • 4 buah dada ayam, tanpa tulang, potong-potong
    • perasan air jeruk nipis
    • 100 gram tepung terigu
    • 200 gram tepung roti kasar/ tepung panir
    • 1 butir telur, kocok lepas
    Haluskan :
    • 3 siung bawang putih
    • ½ cm jahe
    • 1 sdt garam
    • ½ sdt merica
    CARA MEMBUAT CHICKEN KATSU :
    1. Lumuri ayam dengan perasan air jeruk nipis, diamkan sesaat lalu cuci bersih. Pukul-pukul ayam agar pipih dan bumbu mudah meresap.
    2. Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu halus lalu simpan dalam wadah tertutup di dalam kulkas selama semalaman.
    3. Balurkan ayam ke tepung terigu. Celupkan ke dalam kocokan telur. Gulingkan ke dalam tepung roti, tepuk-tepuk ayam agar tepung roti menempel sempurna.
    4. Diamkan lagi hingga 60 menit di dalam kulkas. Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak. Sajikan bersama salad sayuran mayones.
