    RESEP PEPES UDANG
    Pepes dengan bahan udang memiliki kenikmatan tersendiri. Jika belum pernah mencicipi, boleh dicoba resep pepes udang seperti berikut ini.

    BAHAN :
    • 250 gram udang, kupas, balur air, jeruk nipis dan garam
    • 1 tangkai daun bawang, iris halus
    • 4 tangkai daun kemangi
    • 4 butir bawang merah
    • 2 siung bawang putih
    • 10 butir kemiri
    • garam secukupnya
    • gula secukupnya
    • daun pisang untuk membungkus
    CARA MEMBUAT PEPES UDANG :
    1. Udang dan semua bumbu dihaluskan dan dicampur jadi satu sampai rata,
    2. Bungkus dengan daun pisang, lalu kukus sampai matang. Angkat dan siap dihidangkan.
