    resep agar-agar nangka
    Kebetulan lagi banyak-banyaknya nangka matang di kebun. Sudah susah payah membukanya berjibaku dengan jerami dan getah, tapi sayangnya kali ini rasanya agak kurang manis dari biasanya. Bikin puding agar-agar kayanya lebih segar deh, langsung meluncur mempersiapkan bahan-bahannya.

    RESEP AGAR-AGAR NANGKA
    Bahan :
    • 200 gram mata nangka, blender halus
    • 2 sachet agar-agar swallow glow
    • 200 ml santan
    • 200 ml susu murni
    • 400 ml air
    • 1 sdt vanili bubuk
    • 250 gram gula pasir
    CARA MEMBUAT AGAR-AGAR NANGKA :
    1. Masukkan semua adonan ke dalam panci, aduk sampai semua bahan tercampur rata. Masak di atas api sedang sambil terus diaduk sampai mendidih.
    2. Angkat dan tuang ke dalam cetakan, tunggu hingga dingin lalu masukkan ke dalam lemari es, siap sajikan.
