    Resep Kue Mangkok Ubi

    RESEP KUE MANGKOK UBI

    Bahan :
    • 400 gram ubi merah, kukus, haluskan
    • 400 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
    • 50 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
    • 400 gram gula pasir
    • 150 ml santan kental dari ½ butir kelapa, masak, dinginkan
    • 2 butir telur, kocok lepas
    • 1 sendok teh garam
    • 1/8 sendok teh vanili bubuk
    • 1 sendok makan ragi instan
    • 100 ml air
    CARA MEMBUAT KUE MANGKOK UBI :
    1. Campur 400 gram tepung terigu, ragi instan dan air sampai merata. Sisihkan.
    2. Siapkan wadah lain untuk mengaduk ubi dan gula pasir sampai rata, lalu masukkan campuran tepung. Aduk rata. Masukkan telur, aduk rata. Tambahkan 50 gram tepung terigu dan santan secara bergantian sambil di aduk sampai rata.
    3. Masukkan vanili bubuk dan garam, aduk rata lalu diamkan selama 45 menit.
    4. Kemudian tuang ke dalam cetakan kue mangkok yang tidak dioles. Kukus di atas api sedang 25 menit sampai matang, angkat dan hidangkan.
