    Bahan :
    200 gr tepung kanji
    175 gr tepung terigu
    2 btg daun bawang iris halus yang ijonya aja
    2 sdm bawang goreng merah
    1 sachet masako rasa ayam
    1 ons daging ayam digiling halus
    50 gr lemak ayam
    ½ sdm garam
    air secukupnya

    cara membuat:
    - didihkan air masukan lemak ayam, garam, masako,masak sampai lemak larut.
    -campur tepung terigu, tepung kanji, daun bawang aduk biar tercampur rata, kemudian masukan kaldu yang masih panas tersebut sedikit demi sedikit ke campuran tepung uleni hingga adonan bisa dibentuk sebesar kelereng lalu rebus sampai terapung biarkan agak lama, baru deh diangkat lalu kukus lagi didandang biar benar-benar matang. sajikan dengan sambal pecal instan atau saus sambal dan kecap


    note: merebus ciloknya yang lama biar di dalamnya juga matang
