    Bahan :
    3 ekor bawal, dicuci sampai bersih,rendam dengan air garam.goreng sampai matang.

    Bumbu halus:
    14 cabe rawit hijau
    2 buah tomat hijau
    1 sdt terasi
    ½ sdt vetsin
    1 sdm gula merah
    1 sdm gula pasir
    1 sdm garam

    Cara Membuat :

    Tumis bumbu sampai harum,beri air 100 ml aduk masak sampai mendidih,terakhir masukan ikan goreng,siram-siram dengan bumbu,biarkan sebentar biar bumbu meresap dan air mengental,angkat,sajikan.
