    Bahan :
    ½ kg udang galah yang bertelur
    bumbu halus:
    1 sdm garam
    3 siung bawang putih

    Cara membuat:
    -Rebus 200ml air lalu masukan bumbu halussetelah air mendidih masukan udang masak sampai udang matang.
    -Setelah matang , angkat dan sajikan dengan sambal kecap / saus sambal ABC.
