    Bahan :
    2 ekor ikan bawal yang ukuran besar potong2 lalu cuci bersih
    Bumbu halus :
    1 sdm ketumbar
    3 butir bawang putih
    1 sdm garam
    3 cm kunyit
    3 butir kemiri

    SAMBAL TOMAT
    Bahan :
    2 buah tomat ukuran besar direbus
    10 buah cabai rawit direbus
    10 buah cabai merah keriting direbus
    3 butir bawang merah direbus
    1 sdt terasi matang
    1 sdt garam
    ¼ sdt vetsin
    1 sdm gula merah
    Semua bahan dicampur lalu diuleg sampai agak lembut

    Cara membuat :
    Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu halus lalu goreng sampai matang, angkat lalu tiriskan. Pecak ikan bawalnya diatas sambal tomat.
    Sajikan dengan nasi panas , lalapan atau sayur asem.
