    Bahan:
    8 tahu potong ukuran 2 x 2cm

    Bumbu :
    10 buah cabai rawit (sesuai selera)
    4 butir bawang merah
    3 siung bawang putih
    ½ sdt garam
    ¼ sdt vetsin (2 sdm gula pasir).
    ½ sdt gula merah.
    3 sdm tauco asin.

    Cara Membuat :
    Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, lalu masukan tahu tambahkan air 300 ml masak sampai kuah mengental angkat lalu sajikan.
