    Bahan ;
    500 gr ubi kayu diparut
    4 sdm kelapa parut
    1 sdt garam
    1 sdm tepung kanji
    Bahan pembalut:
    Gula pasir secukupnya
    Air secukupnya
    Garam secukupnya

    Cara membuat :
    Campur semua bahan aduk-aduk sampai rata, bentuk pipih bisa bulat lonjong lalu goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan, angkat tiriskan sampai dingin.
    Panaskan bahan pembalut hingga berambut (berbuih) lalu masukan gorengan ubi sampai terselimuti gula angkat, angina-anginkan.
