    Bahan:
    Beras secukupnya bersihkan lalu cuci bersih
    Bungkus ketupat


    Cara membuat:
    -didihkan air dalam dandang.
    -isi wadah ketupat ¼ dari kapasitas ketupat, kalo pengen agak keras dikit 1/3 dari kapasitas ketupat.

    -lalu rebus selama kurang lebih 4 jam biar tanek
