    Bahan :
    3 buah gambas bersihkan lalu potong2
    1 genggam tauge
    1 btg daun bawang iris halus
    1 buah tomat ukuran kecil iris
    2 buah cabai merah iris serong (aku pakai cabai hijau)
    1 sdt garam
    ½ sdt gula
    ½ sdt masako rasa ayam
    3 butir bawang merah iris halus
    1 butir bawang putih iris halus
    100 ml air

    Cara membuat :
    Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukan gambas, tauge dan sisa semua bahan aduk rata masak sampai matang lalu angkat dan siap dihidangkan.
