    Bahan :
    300 gram tepung beras
    150 gram tepung kanji
    300 gram gula pasir
    1200 ml santan
    4 lbr daun pandan
    1 sdt garam
    pewarna sesukanya (kalo saya pakai pasta)

    Cara membuat :
    Didihkan santan, daun pandan, gula pasir dan garam sambil diaduk.
    Campur tepung beras & tepung kanji . Tuang santan hangat sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai adonan halus dan tercampur rata.
    Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian masing-masing beri warna sesuai selera.
    Panaskan dandang lalu taruh loyang didalamnya yang sudah diolesi minyak goreng. Tuang kira kira dua sendok sayur adonan , Kukus selama 5 menit, lalu lapisi dengan lapisan yang kedua dan seterusnya kukus lagi 5 menit, Lakukan hal serupa sampai adonan habis dan terakhir kukus lagi 45 menit.
