    Bahan :
    ½ kg ayam potong2 lalu bersihkan
    1 btg serai dimemarkan
    2 lbr daun salam
    2 lbr daun jeruk
    2 mata asam jawa
    3 sdm kecap manis
    150 gr kacang tanah goreng lalu haluskan
    500 ml air

    Bumbu halus :
    10 buah cabe rawit tua (bisa diganti cabai merah)
    5 buah bawang merah
    3 buah bawang putih
    1 sdm gula merah
    1 sdt garam

    Cara Membuatnya:
    Panaskan minyak tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, asam jawa, serai, kacang tanah , kecap dan air, lalu masukkan ayam aduk rata masak sampai matang dan agak kental.
    Angkat dan hidangkan dengan ditaburi bawang goreng.
