    Bahan:
    300 gr tempe, potong kotak 1 cm
    10 buah kacang panjang, potong 2 cm
    5 buah bawang merah, iris tipis
    3 buah bawang putih, iris tipis
    2 lbr daun salam
    2 cm lengkuas, digeprek
    6 buah cabai hijau, potong serong
    2 sdm kecap manis
    1 sdt gula merah
    1 sdt garam
    Air secukupnya

    Cara Membuat:
    1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, daun salam, dan lengkuas sampai harum.
    2. Masukkan cabai hijau, kacang panjang dan tempe aduk hingga rata. Tambahkan kecap manis, gula merah , garam, dan air aduk hingga rata.
    3. Masak hingga semua bahan matang dan bumbu meresap.
