    Bahan :
    2 ekor ikan tongkol ukuran sedang potong 1 cm lalu bersihkan dan goreng setengah kering (pakai ikan tongkol yang dagingnya tidak keras)
    2-3 sdm kecap manis
    200 ml air

    Bumbu halus :
    5 butir bawang merah
    3 butir bawang putih
    ½ sdt merica
    1 sdt garam
    1 mata asam jawa (bisa pakai tomat kecil)

    Cara membuat :
    Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum lalu masukan ikan tongkol dan air masak sampai mendidih.
    Terakhir masukan kecap biarkan sampai bumbu meresap dan air habis.
    Angkat dan siap dihidangkan.

    NB : kalo suka agak pedas bisa ditambahkan cabai rawit tua dihaluskan bersama bumbu atau diiris halus aja, selamat mencoba.
