    Bahan:
    100 gr kacang tanah utuh, sangrai,(berhubung males cincangnya)kalo saya jmlnya banyakin
    200 gr tepung beras (kalo saya 180 gr)
    400 ml santan cair (kalo saya 300 ml)
    2 sdm air kapur sirih
    1 butir telur kocok lepas
    6 lembar daun jeruk, iris halus
    Minyak goreng

    Bumbu halus :
    4 siung bawang putih
    4 btr kemiri
    2 sdt ketumbar
    3 cm kencur
    1 sdt garam
    1 sachet masako rasa ayam yg harga Rp250 lho (ini saya tambahin sendiri lho)

    Cara membuat:
    1. Campur bumbu halus dan tepung beras serta daun jeruk, tuang santan,telur dan air kapur sirih, aduk rata.
    2. Panaskan minyak di atas api sedang, ambil satu sendok sayur adonan, taburi kacang, tuang adonan ke pinggir wajan biarkan cairan mengalir dan melebar.
    3. Lepaskan dari pinggir wajan, goreng sampai kering, angkat, tiriskan.

    NB: Untuk mendapatkan rempeyek yang renyah, santan harus benar-benar cair, jangan gunakan santan kental. Air kapur sirih digunakan untuk menambah kerenyahan rempeyek.resepnya memang saya rubah berhubung bahannya kurang Kalo mau lihat resep aslinya di (www.tabloidnova.com)
