    Bahan :
    1 ekor ayam potong kecil-kecil dicuci lalu rebus sebentar supaya lemaknya agak berkurang buang airnya
    3 lbr daun salam
    500ml santan kental
    Bumbu halus/diblender:
    5 butir bawang merah
    4 butir bawang putih
    4 butir kemiri
    1 sdt ketumbar
    1btg serai dipotong2
    2cm lengkuas
    Cara membuat:
    Panaskan minyak secukupnya lalu tumis bumbu halus dan daun salam sampai harum lalu masukan ayamnya aduk lalu masukan santan masak sampai santan memdidih dan bumbu meresap ke dalam ayam, setelah itu angkat sajikan dengan ditaburi bawang goreng.
