    Bahan :
    Tape singkong
    Roti tawar potong kotak kecil
    Sirup merah / sirup gula merah
    Es batu
    Bahan Ungweh :
    Tepung hunkwe
    Santan
    Garam
    Gula pasir
    Pasta pandan / perasan daun pandan
    Bahan santan :
    Santan
    Garam
    Daun pandan
    Cara membuat :
    -Campur semua bahan hunkwe lalu masak sambil diaduk terus sampai meletup-letup angkat dinginkan.
    -Masak bahan santan sampai mendidih jaga supaya santan tidak pecah angkat dinginkan.
    -Taruh dalam gelas atau mangkok tape, hunkwe, roti ,kuah santan beri es batu lalu siram dengan sirupnya, sajikan.
