    Bahan:
    ½ kg belut potong 5cm dipipihkan lalu cuci bersih

    Bumbu halus :
    4 buah bawang putih
    ½ sdm ketumbar
    2 cm jahe
    4 cm kunyit
    ½ sdm garam

    Cara membuat : -Taruh belum dalam wadah lalu masukan bumbu halus aduk lalu biarkan sebentar supaya bumbu meresap.
    -Panaskan minyak lalu goreng hingga matang. (hati2 letusan minyaknya ampun bo)
