    Bahan :
    3 ekor ikan kembung dipotong jadi 2 cuci bersih
    bumbu halus :
    4 butir bawang putih
    1 sdm ketumbar
    1 ½ sdm garam

    Cara membuat :
    Taruh dalam wadah bumbu halus beri air secukupnya dan lumuri ikan dg bumbu biarkan sebentar supaya bumbu meresap, baru dech digoreng sampai matang praktis khan
