    Bahan ;
    1 ikat daun genjer
    1 ikat bunga genjer
    1 cm lengkuas
    2 lbr daun salam
    4 butir bawang merah diiris tipis
    3 buah cabai merah diiris serong

    Bumbu halus
    4 butir bawang merah
    3 butir bawang putih
    2 sdm tauco
    vetsin secukupnya (bisa diganti dg gula pasir)
    1 sdt gula merah

    Cara membuat :
    Tumis bawang merah, cabai sampai harum tambahkan bumbu halus, lengkuas, daun salam aduk-aduk.
    Kemudian masukan genjer aduk sampai layu dan matang.
