    Di rengat tak ada yang jualan cilok padahal pengen banget, resep aslinya sich cireng milik … tapi aku modifikasi .

    Bahan:
    200 gr tepung kanji
    4 sdm munjung tepung terigu
    1 btg seledri rajang halus
    250 ml air panas
    bumbu halus:
    ½ sdm merica bulat
    1 sdm peres garam
    2 butir bawang putih
    pelengkap :
    sambal pecel instant, saus sambal, kecap manis

    Cara membuat :
    -Campur tepung kanji, tepung terigu, dan irisan seledri aduk biar tercampur rata.
    -Campur bumbu halus dengan air panas.
    -Campur antara bahan tepung dan air berbumbu uleni sampai bisa dibentuk (sewaktu memasukan air sedikit demi sedikit ).
    -Didihkan air lalu adonan dibentuk sebesar kelereng,masukan kedalam air mendidih sampai terapung, angkat.
    -Biar hangat terus, taruh dalam dandang panas.
    -Sajikan dengan sambal pecel beri sedikit saus sambal dan kecap manis.

    NB: cilok ini rasanya terlalu kenyal mungkin kalo dimakan yang pakai gigi palsu bisa ngikut nanti tapi dijamin enak lho.
