    Bahan:
    1 kg singkong kupas bersihkan
    air kapur untuk merendam

    bumbu halus:
    4 butir bawang putih
    3 butir bawang merah
    2 sdm ketumbar
    2 sdm garam
    1 sdm gula pasir

    Cara membuat:
    -Singkong diiris tipis lalu rendam dalam air kapur selama kurang lebih 2 jam.
    -Setelah direndam angkat lalu cuci lagi sampai bersih tiriskan.
    -Taruh dalam wadah, irisan singkong lalu bubuhi bumbu aduk-aduk sampai rata , biarkan sebentar supaya bumbu meresap .
    -Lalu goreng dalam minyak panas sampai coklat kekuningan (renyah)
    -Sebelum ditaruh dalam toples sebaiknya diangin-anginkan dulu ditampah dialasi dengan Koran.
