    Bahan :
    200 gr tempe haluskan/dicincang
    100 gr leunca
    3 papan petai dikupas
    1 cm lengkuas digeprek
    2 lbr daun salam
    100 ml air
    minyak goreng secukupnya

    Bumbu halus :
    4 butir bawang merah
    3 butir bawang putih
    3 butir kemiri
    3 buah cabai merah
    1 sdt garam
    1 sdt gula merah
    1/4 sdt vetsin

    Cara membuat :

    1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan daun salam dan lengkuas.
    2. Kemudian masukan tempe, leunca, petai dan air, masak sampai matang dan air mengental(sampai air benar-benar habis)

    note : biasanya sih kalo dulu saya pakai oncom tapi berhubung direngat tidak ada maka saya ganti tempe.tapi tetap enak kok boleh dicoba lho...
