    Bahan :
    10 ati ampela ayam cuci bersih
    4 lbr daun salam
    300 ml air
    minyak goreng

    Bumbu halus :
    4 butir bawang putih
    4 butir kemiri
    3 cm lengkuas
    1 sdm ketumbar
    1/2 sdm garam
    vetsin secukupnya

    Cara membuat :

    1. Taruh ati ampela dalam wajan tambahkan daun salam,air dan bumbu halus aduk sampai rata.
    2. Masak sampai matang dan kuah mengental.
    3. Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng ati ampela sampai kecoklatan beserta sisa bumbu, siap dihidangkan.
