    Bahan :
    1 sisir pisang kepok
    200 gr gula merah
    1000 ml santan agak kental
    1 sdt garam
    2 lbr daun pandan
    1 sachet vanili

    Cara membuat :

    1. Kupas pisang potong ukuran 2 cm.
    2. Rebus santan tambahkan gula merah, garam, daun pandan, vanili sambil diaduk.
    3. Masukan potongan pisang masak sampai matang dan kuah agak kental.siap untuk dihidangkan.
