    Bahan :
    1 buah tahu putih besar potong jadi 4
    1 papan tempe potong-potong
    100 ml air
    minyak goreng secukupnya

    Bumbu halus:
    3 siung bawang putih
    1 sdm ketumbar
    2 butir kemiri
    4 cm kunyit
    1 sdm garam
    1/2 sdt vetsin

    Cara membuat :

    1. Bumbu halus taruh dlm mangkuk kemudian beri air aduk-aduk celupkan tahu dan tempe tunggu sebentar biar bumbu meresap.
    2. panaskan minyak lalu goreng tempe dan tahu sampai matang kecoklatan, siap dihidangkan.
