    Bahan :
    1 sisir pisang belum matang
    1 sdt kapur + 1 liter air
    minyak goreng

    Bumbu halus :
    5 siung bawang putih
    1 1/2 sdm ketumbar
    3 butir kemiri
    2 cm kunyit
    1 sdm garam
    vetsin secukupnya

    Cara membuat :

    1. Kupas pisang,iris serong tipis,rendam kedalam larutan air kspur selama 1 jam. setelah 1 jam angkat angkat cuci sampai bersih, tiriskan .
    2. Masukan irisan pisang ke dalam wadah beri bumbu halus aduk-aduk sampai rata diamkan selama 5 menit supaya bumbu meresap.
    3. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng irisan pisang sampai kering dan renyah.
    4. Keripik siap untuk di santap.
