    Bahan :
    1 Kg beras ketan
    1 butir kelapa parut
    garam secukupnya
    daun pisang secukupnya (bila ada)

    Caranya:
    - masak beras ketan hingga menjadi ketan.(sewaktu memasak ketan airnya diberi garam secukupnya)
    - kukus juga kelapa parut selama kurang lebih 15 menit.
    - dalam wadah aduk ketan dengan kelapa parut, lalu tumbuk dengan alu atau ulekan yg dibungkus plastik. lakukan sampai menjadi adonan uli.
    - taruh dalam nampan(tampah) dialasi plastik , tekan-tekan, dinginkan.
    - setelah dingin, dipotong-potong lalu goreng siap untuk disajikan.resep dari dapur bunda (fatmah bahalwan)
