    Bahan :
    ½ sdt garam
    1 sdt air kapur sirih
    pasta pandan/pewarna hijau secukupnya
    175 ml air hangat
    250 gr tepung ketan
    100 gr gula merah, iris tipis
    ½ butir kelapa setengah tua, kupas kulitnya dan parut kasarkasih garam, kukus.

    Cara membuat:
    1. Larutkan garam, air kapur , air daun suji dan air hangat, aduk.
    2. Campurkan ke dalam tepung ketan. Aduk dan uleni hingga campuran tepung tercampur rata dan kalis.
    3. Ambil 2 sdt adonan, pipihkan, taruh ½ sdt gula merah ditengahnya. Tutup kembali dan bentuk menjadi bulatan.
    4. Didihkan air, rebus klepon selama ± 5 menit atau sampai terapung. Angkat dan tiriskan.
    5. Gulingkan klepon di dalam parutan kelapa parut. Sajikan.dikutip dari resep dekap terimakasih atas sharing resepnya
