    BAHAN KULIT:
    125 gr tepung ketan
    15 gr tepung beras
    ½ sdt garam
    1 sdt vanili
    150 cc air
    100 gr wijen

    ISI:
    200 gr kacang hijau direbus sapai empuk
    150 cc santan kental
    100 gr gula pasir (75 gr gula pasir + 50 gr gula merah)
    1 sachet vanili
    1 lembar daun pandan
    2 sdm minyak goreng

    CARA MEMBUAT:
    1. Buat isi: haluskan kacang hijau. Masak bersama bahan lainnya sampai kalis.,aduk rata, angkat.
    2. Masak air, garam, dan vanili sampai mendidih, angkat. Biarkan hangat-hangat kuku.
    3. Buat kulit: campur tepung ketan dan tepung beras, lalu masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga kalis.
    4. Diamkan adonan selama 15 menit. Ambil 1 sendok makan adonan tepung, isi dengan isian, bentuk bulatan. Sisihkan.
    5. Celupkan dalam air sebentar, gulingkan dalam wijen, kepal-kepal.
    6. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dengan api kecil. Goreng onde sampai kecokelatan dan matang.
