    Bahan :
    1 lt santan cair
    150 gr gula pasir
    ½ sdt garam ato sesuka kalian
    esen moka secukupnya

    Cara membuat :
    Rebus semua bahan sampai mendidih angkat biarkan dingin.
    Setelah itu bungkus dg plastik dan simpan dalam freezer sampai mengeras.,
