    Bahan :
    ½ kg ayam potong kecil-kecil
    200 gr kelapa parut sangrai diuleg
    3 btg daun bawang diiris tipis
    bawang goreng secukupnya
    1 lt air
    10 cabai rawit
    3 lbr daun salam
    2 btg serai digeprek

    Bumbu halus :
    5 butir bawang merah
    4 butir bawang putih
    5 butir kemiri
    3 buah keluwak
    1 sdm garam
    2 sdm gula merah
    vetsin secukupnya

    Cara membuat :
    -Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum tambahkan serai, daun salam, cabai rawit, kelapa sangria dan potongan ayam tambahkan air aduk masak sebentar.
    -Masukan daun bawang masak sampai matang.
    Penyajian :
    -Taruh dalam mangkoksoto grombyang lalu taburi dg daun bawang dan bawang goreng.
