    Bahan :
    250 gr kwetiaw
    1 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar
    50 gr fillet daging ayam, iris-iris
    25 gr wortel serut
    25 gr sawi ijo
    2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
    1 sdm kecap asin
    2 - 3 sdm kecap manis
    1-2 sdm sambal botolan (jika suka pedas sambal dapat ditambah)
    1 sdt merica bubuk
    garam secukupnya
    minyak goreng untuk menumis

    Cara Membuat:
    1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, lalu masukkan ayam masak hingga setengah matang. Tambahkan telur, aduk, lalu masak hingga telur masak.
    2. Masukkan wortel dan sawi, masak hingga matang. Tambahkan kwetiaw, aduk rata.
    3. Tuang kecap asin, kecap manis, merica bubuk, garam dan sambal botolan, aduk rata. masak hingga semua bahan matang. Angkat.
    4. Sajikan selagi hangat.dg ditaburi bawang goreng

    note : mie tiau bisa bikin sendiri nanti dech baru saya kasih resepnya kan lebih hegienis kalo bikin sendiri ya
