    Bahan :
    4 butir telur dikocok
    150 gr tahu putih dihaluskan
    1 sdm kelapa parut

    Bumbu halus :
    3 buah cabai merah keriting
    5 buah bawang merah
    2 buah bawang putih
    ¼ sdt merica
    1 sdt garam
    Vetsin secukupnya

    Cara membuat :
    Aduk tahu, telur, bumbu halus dan kelapa parut hingga rata.
    Panaskan minyak dalam wajan anti lengket, tuang ½ bagian adonan, biarkan sampai matang lalu balik sebelahnya, masak lagi hingga matang.
