    Bahan :
    1 kg ayam (potong-potong cuci, rendam air jeruk
    1 cm lengkuas dimemarkan
    1 btg serai dimemarkan
    300 ml air/santan

    Bumbu halus :
    5 buah cabai merah keriting (optional)
    6 butir bawang merah
    3 butir bawang putih
    1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
    ½ sdt merica
    2 cm kunyit
    4 butir kemiri
    ½ cm jahe
    ½ sdt gula merah
    1 sdt garam
    1 sdm air asam jawa

    Cara membuat :
    Ungkeb ayam bersama bumbu, hingga cukup empuk, angkat, sisihkan.
    Goreng hingga kecoklatan.
