    Bahan :
    1,5 ltr santan
    200 gr gula pasir
    150 gr tepung hunkwe
    1 sdt garam
    3 lbr daun pandan diremas lalu disimpul
    Pasta pandan secukupnya

    Cara Membuat:
    Campur santan, gula pasir, tepung hunkwe, garam, pasta pandan dan daun pandan aduk, masak diatas kompor sambil diaduk-aduk hingga meletup-letup.
    Panas-panas tuang ke dalam cetakan agar-agar kecil. dinginkan hingga mengeras, lebih enak simpan dulu di kulkas baru dech disajikan.
