    Bahan :
    200 gr udang ukuran sedang, buang kepala, lalu bersihkan
    10 butir jengkol yang masih muda di goreng kering
    8 buah cabai hijau keriting di iris serong
    4 buah cabai merah keriting di iris serong
    1 btg serai di memarkan
    2 lbr daun salam
    1 cm lengkuas di memarkan
    1 sdm kecap manis
    1 sdm garam
    1 sdm gula pasir
    4 butir bawang merah di iris tipis
    2 butir bawang putih di iris tipis.

    CARA MEMBUAT :
    Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum. Lalu masukkan serai, daun salam, lengkuas, cabai hijau, cabai merah, jengkol, dan udang, aduk rata. Setelah itu tambahkan air 50 ml dan kecap manis, aduk lalu masak sampai kuah mengental. Angkat dan sajikan.
    NB : UJE = Udang JEngkol
