    Bahan :
    1kg singkong, kupas lalu diparut
    1 btg daun bawang, ambil yang hijaunya saja
    1 sdt garam
    100 gr kelapa parut
    200 gr tempe di haluskan
    5 lbr daun kemangi


    Bumbu halus :
    4 butir bawang merah
    2 butir bawang putih
    ½ cm kencur
    1 sdt gula pasir
    1 sdt garam
    ½ sdt merica
    5 cabai rawit merah
    3 buah cabai merah keriting
    ½ sdt masako raya ayam ( kalau suka )

    Cara Membuat :

    Bahan isi :
    Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, lalu masukan tempe yang telah di haluskan, dan daun kemangi, ( bila perlu di tambahkan air 50 ml ), aduk rata, masak sampai matang. Angkat lalu sisihkan.

    Campur singkong parut, daun bawang, garam dan kelapa parut, aduk rata. Ambil satu sendok makan adonan, pipihkan, lalu isi dengan bahan isi, bulatkan dan pipihkan lagi, lalu goreng dengan minyak panas sampai matang ( agak coklat ), Siap disajikan.

    NB : Saat kami kerjakan, sisa adonan terakhir dan bahan isi di campur, lalu di masak, ternyata rasanya lebih enak.
