    Bahan :
    6 buah pisang batu/kapok kupas lalu belah jadi 2
    100 ml air

    Bumbu halus :
    3 butir bawang merah
    1 butir bawang putih
    1 sdt ketumbar
    1 sdt garam

    Cara membuat :
    Campur bumbu halus dengan air aduk lalu balurkan ke pisang, biarkan beberapa saat supaya bumbu meresap.
    Panaskan minyak lalu goreng pisang sampai matang.
