    Bahan:
    24 butir telur puyuh Rebus dan kupas.
    Tusukan sate
    3 sdm kecap manis
    2 lbr daun salam
    2 cm lengkuas digeprek

    Bumbu halus:
    ½ sdt ketumbar
    2 buah kemiri
    2 siung bawang putih
    4 siung bawang merah
    1 sdt garam

    Cara membuat:
    1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
    2. Masukkan daun salam dan lengkuas.
    3. Beri air, kecap manis dan garam.
    4. Masukkan telur puyuh. Masak hingga telur berwarna kecoklatan dan air menyusut.
    5. setelah dingin baru dech ditusuk seperti sate,nyam-nyam uenak.
