    Bahan :
    1 kg kacang mete kering


    Bumbu Halus :
    5 butir bawang putih
    1 ½ sdm garam
    1 sdt gula pasir

    Cara membuat :
    Taruh kacang mete dalam wadah beserta bumbunya aduk -aduk hingga merata biarkan sebentar supaya bumbu meresap , setelah itu baru dech kacang digoreng hingga matang. (awas hati –hati jangan kelamaan nanti gosong seperti menggoreng kacang tanah aja ya)
